Ms McGlaughlin has over 28 years’ experience in the Biotechnology industry in both developing Biologic manufacturing business units, operational excellence, licensing and partnering technology, and fund raising. She has a solid P&L performance and business strategy track record. Ms McGlaughlin has held positions on the management team of List Bio, Eirgenix, Natrix Separations, BioVectra, Selexys S.A., Cytovance Biologics, Avecia Biotechnology, Patheon, Mallinckrodt, and most recently as Chief Operating Office of Vigene Bioscience a Gene and Cell therapy Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Currently she is the Chief Executive Officer of Kudo Biotechnology a mRNA full  service CDMO organizations, responsible for fund raising, Corporate Development, and all aspects of the day to day management of the company.  

Molly holds a BS in Biology from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont, a master’s in organizational performance Improvement from University of Massachusetts, Boston, masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and is ABD in the School of Business and Technology at Capella University where her doctoral studies focus on M&A in the Biotechnology Industry.   Molly has recently retired from the U.S. Army Reserves where she held the rank of Colonel and Commanded at the Brigade level twice.    

Jack Ding is the Chief Operating Officer at Kudo Bio. Jack brings more than two decades of manufacturing experience in complex biologics manufacturing, having worked across large multinationals, global startups, and Chinese companies. Previously, he was the GM, Greater China Manufacturing & Operations at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. As VP Manufacturing at FOSUN Kite Biological, Jack led the greenfield setup of the first CAR-T manufacturing site in China, and prior to that was part of the leadership team at GSK Vaccines Shanghai and at Shanghai Benemae Pharmaceutical. Jack holds a Masters Degree in IT from Zhejiang University of Industry, as well as a BSc in Polymer Engineering from East China University of Science & Technology.

Michael brings an outstanding background in business operations and finance to Kudo Bio and is a valuable addition to our team. Prior to joining, Michael played a pivotal role in devising business strategies, managing investor relations, and overseeing budgets at List Biotherapeutics. His extensive background includes serving as the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Operations at Cook Medical, where he optimized sales inventory processes and contributed significantly to a division valued at $1.2 billion annually. Michael's financial acumen and strategic planning skills have been integral to his successful career. In addition to his professional achievements, Michael holds an MBA from Purdue University.

Dr Marieke Zhao is the Vice President of Process Sciences at Kudo Bio. Marieke is an industry leader who brings in over 20 years of experience in bio-therapeutic development, including drug substance process development, technology transfer, process scale-up, CMO selection and management, CMC strategy, and regulatory filings. She comes with a strong track record of ushering novel Biologics from pre-development to first-in-human clinical trials with aggressive timelines. Most recently, Marieke worked as a senior director, drug substance at Greenlight Biosciences. She led both upstream and downstream process development teams, as well as managed internal and external manufacturing. Prior to Greenlight Biosciences, Marieke worked as a Director in Biologics Development, CMC, at Mersana Therapeutics, where she managed internal and external teams in the development and manufacturing of Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) for clinical oncology programs. Prior to Mersana Therapeutics, Marieke worked as an independent consultant, as well as a principal scientist at ImmunoGen and Pfizer.

Nikky Zhang is the Director of Quality at Kudo Bio. Nikky is a veteran in quality management with over 20 years of experience, particularly from MNCs such as Roche, GSK and Catalent. She has deep familiarity with regulatory requirements of GMP & GSP, as well as quality requirements of clinical and commercial manufacturing, and was involved in new product launches in China as well as rebuilding new distribution networks for vaccines under new Chinese regulations. Nikky was formerly the Director of Quality at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. She was previously QA Head for Catalent Shanghai, Vaccine Quality Supervisor at GSK China, and In Process Control at Roche Shanghai. Nikky is a licensed pharmacist and received her Masters in Chemical Engineering & Technology from Shanghai University. 

Cynthia Huang is the Director of Supply Chain at Kudo Bio. Cynthia has more than 25 years of MNC experience, having worked in large global companies. Previously, Cynthia was the Director of Supply Chain at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. Prior to this, she was Group Procurement Director for Luye Life Sciences, and took on roles at GSK, J&J, and Unilever for new product commercialization, supply planning, and sourcing. Cynthia received her MBA (Supply Chain Management) from Penn State University and BEng from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Dr James Stout is the Director of Drug Product Process Development at Kudo Bio. Dr Stout has more than two decades of experience in process development and manufacturing for antibodies and other recombinant proteins, with demonstrated success in clinical and commercial biomanufacturing. Dr Stout was most recently Vice President, CMC/ Manufacturing Operations and Facilities at Shattuck Labs, where he led CMC and Manufacturing Operations (external CDMOs for drug substance and drug product) and Supply Chain for GMP materials and Clinical Trials. Dr Stout previously held leadership roles in process development and manufacturing at BioVectra, Natrix Separations which was purchased by Merck/ Millipore-Sigma during his tenure, Amgen, and Abbott Bioresearch Center. He has significant experience in authoring CMC sections/INDs to support regulatory filings and amendments, including QP reviews and Regulatory Authority Q&A. Dr Stout received his PhD in Chemistry (Biochemistry/Analytical Chemistry) from the University of Cincinnati.

Kelvin Chan, PhD, is the Director of Business Development at Kudo Bio. Kelvin is a globally experienced healthcare investor-operator and was formerly Director of Business Development at ABio-X, a CBC Group biotech incubator, as well as Director of Business Development at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. Previously, Kelvin was an operator of several portfolio companies at Tavistock Group. He was formerly a cross-border venture capital investor with EDBI, the strategic investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board, investing broadly across healthcare and life sciences. Kelvin holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Scripps Research, and conducted his postdoc at the Singapore Bioimaging Consortium. He received his BA (Hons) in Chemistry with First Class Honors at the University of Cambridge, UK. Kelvin is a recipient of the prestigious National Science Scholarship from A*STAR Singapore. 

Atsuko Sakurai-Sangria, Ph.D. is the Director of Drug Substance Process Development. Atsuko has 16 years of research experience in molecular biology and vaccine development. Prior to joining Kudo Bio, Atsuko led the mRNA drug substance (DS) process development, scale-up, and technology transfer at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. Previously to RVAC Medicines, Atsuko was an expert scientist at GSK Vaccines, where she played a vital role in mRNA vaccine platform development. She also has preclinical and process development experience in biological products from her past role at VLP Therapeutics and postdoctoral training in the National Institute of Health. Atsuko obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kitasato University in Japan.

Yang Tan is the Director of MSAT at Kudo Bio. Yang has spent 16 years working in manufacturing, engineering, process technology & platform development of biological products. He was previously Director of MSAT at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. Yang trained as a cell biologist, and took on roles of increasing technical responsibility and was a Director of Cell Culture at Shanghai Fengmao Biological Technology. He later led operations for Shanghai Newsummit Biopharma Group overseeing IND projects, and then joined Sartorius-Stedim (Shanghai) as a Platform Development Scientist in mAb and Regenerative Medicine. Yang also worked as an Integrated Solutions Consultant at Merck Chemicals (Shanghai). Yang graduated from Anhui University with a Masters in Biology. 

Ming Xu is the Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at Kudo Bio. Ming has 16 years of experience in biotherapeutics manufacturing, having previously assumed the role of Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at RVAC Medicines, a mRNA product company. Prior to that, he was the Manufacturing Director at Shanghai Benemae Pharmaceutical where he was responsible for production management of its therapeutics portfolio. Ming graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology with a Masters of Medicine in Microbial & Biochemical Pharmacy, and holds a Bachelors of Biotechnology from Anhui University. 

Rena Xia is the HR Manager at Kudo Bio. Rena has a decade of experience in human resources in the life sciences industry, across both large multinational pharmaceuticals as well as innovative biotechnology companies. Throughout her career, Rena has been involved in building strong corporate cultures, fostering employee engagement, and driving transformative change. She previously held the role of HR Business Partner at Innovent Biologics and Burning Rock Biotech. Prior to that, Rena was the Senior HR Supervisor overseeing talent acquisition at Sanofi in China. Before her in-house HR roles, Rena gained executive search experience from Allegis and Morgan Philips. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English.

Terry Ying is the IT Manager at Kudo Bio. Terry has more than 15 years of IT experience in large multinational companies. He was formerly Senior Infrastructure Engineer at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (Shanghai), and has held roles at other global companies such as Waters Technologies, Bosch, Matson Navigation, FEDEX, and HSBC. Terry graduated from Shanghai Normal University with a Bachelor’s in Information and Science.
